Pair - Vintage McGuire Organic Modern Lounge Chairs
A pair of vintage McGuire organic modern lounge chairs. Designed by Elinor McGuire in the 1950s, these classic handcrafted lounge chairs feature a thick rattan pole frame with a lovely geometric open fretwork design on the sides and back. The rattan is reinforced with leather rawhide laces on the exposed joints and rawhide caps on the arm terminals. The frames are finished in a warm crackled finish. The loose seat and back cushions are upholstered in a striped chenille fabric in soft shades of soft blue, gray, rust, and beige.
